Customers and Sharks

When company policy leaves your customers feeling like you’ve taken advantage of them – you’ve jumped the shark.

When you allow your financial officers to determine how your customers are treated – you’ve jumped the shark.

When you sell to your customers before listening to them – the shark has you in its jaws.

Yeah…screw Netflix. Whoever came up with the decision to increase fees…no wait…DOUBLE the fees!!! Should be in the water with a pool of sharks!

Quite a few people on the net say they are moving to whatever it is Blockbuster does these days. I’m content with Amazon Prime, Roku, and all the stuff I get on those channels.
