A software development company was looking for help. They were watching sales numbers go down on all five of their products. Meanwhile, they were developing a new product that wouldn’t be ready for another year and they needed more income.

After learning that the five products they were selling were all utilities that worked with large databases, I suggested bundling the five into one product we called The Toolbox. We offered a nice discount for buying all five as opposed to the one-at-a-time pricing.

It worked extremely well. The company exceeded their sales numbers and went on to develop many new products.
