The US Supreme Court says that corporations have the same rights as people.
Our governing principles state that all people are created equal under the law.
Can you tell me why large financial institutions are treated as “more equal” with trillion dollar loans when they are in danger of going bankrupt but the average person can lose their job, their home, their savings, and their retirement?

Hi Bob, Andy Bailey sent me 🙂
This is a cool post. I like the theme you’re using over here too. I’ll look around a little more and we can compare CommentLuv notes one day. Thanks!
Hello and Welcome Ileane! That Andy Baily is working feverishly on the new CommentLuv. He has either cloned himself or he just isn’t sleeping.
An excellent question.
Welcome Holly! I loved the title before I even read the post. And, now I can say it is a wonderful story and lesson. It’s a pleasure to meet you!
at times like this it is often the small people who get left behined.
you are right if we are equal then why do we not get treated as such.
Money talks. Corporations have the money to hire special interest groups who influence (control?) our legislators.
