Verizon Still Doesn’t Get It!

Verizon is still spending tons of money on technology and marketing. Meanwhile, they spend next to nothing on trying to service their customers.Or, technology that would help service their customers.

Stop putting up with this kind of corporate attitude. Tell them to take the money they spend on lobbyists so they don't have to play by typical business rules and spend on actually giving their customers decent value for their investment in their company.

Or, sit and keep letting them take your money and dump on you.
