Nobody knows your clients better than you – right? How can you help them right now when they probably need the most help. If you're not sure – ask them. Think in terms of what value can you offer here and now to make their lives easier, safer, happier, etc.

This is an opportunity. Doing more of the same thing you've been doing is likely to get you more of the same results. Put yourself in your customers' shoes and help them out.
