Whose Fault Is It?

If you keep saying the same things to the same people sooner or later they will tune you out. They'll go away. Whose fault is it if they do? Whose fault is it if they just don't understand your value proposition or unique selling proposition? Whose fault is it if you keep telling them why they should do business with you – but they don't.

It's yours.

If you've failed to persuade them it's your fault. What do you need to change? Maybe it's you that needs to change. Maybe instead of trying to push and pull them into your world you need to do a better job of leading. Maybe it's time to get really creative and do something that makes them want to follow you.
