You Have to Decide

Hot off the press today is an article in TIME that states that only 45% of Americans are happy in their jobs. The Conference Board has been researching job satisfaction for 22 years and this is the lowest percentage ever – down from 49% in 2008.

So, what are you waiting for if you're one of the 55% that is unhappy? Do you want to do something about it? Do you want to live a life with purpose? Maybe you're not sure of the first step to job and life happiness. I'm going to share it with you.

You have to decide.

That's it. You have to first decide that you will live a life that you choose and not one that is chosen by someone else.

After you decide it gets easier. There are all kinds of guides that can help you get where you want to go. You might not know where to find them right now but I promise you that they are there.

One of the guiding purposes of my own life is to help people live the life they choose to live. So I will help you with finding the guides if you need some help. All you have to do is ask.

But, first you have to decide.

  1. But, but… we can’t be deciders! *Dubya* is the Decider! 😉
I decided several months ago, and the wheels are in motion to kick off the business in the next month or two. I hope to be mostly (if not completely) free of my 9-to-5 by next January.
